Design Strategy
The design strategy focused on analyzing existing urban conditions and identifying opportunities for spatial transformation. Scenario-based proposals were developed to test different development models, allowing flexibility in response to social, environmental, and economic factors.
Spatial organization
Rather than defining fixed architectural forms, the study organizes urban elements through networks of public spaces, circulation systems, and programmatic zones. This framework supports phased development while maintaining coherent spatial relationships across the study area.
Material & Structure
Material and structural considerations were addressed at an urban scale, focusing on typologies and systems rather than individual buildings. Proposed strategies emphasize adaptability, resource efficiency, and the capacity for incremental change over time.
